Established by Ali KARATAŞ in 1976, Doğu Hafriyat has completed many works successfully as an excavation subcontractor in the construction sector. Considering the progress and investments of our country, our range of activities have been enlarged after 1997 and CEKAR Construction Co. Ltd. has been established in place of Doğu Hafriyat aiming to take park in every kind of infrastructure projects.
